Every LENKA order is prepared with attention to detail and dispatched with care for you.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Delivery method and timeframe

We deliver within Bulgaria through Econt and Speedy to your chosen address or courier office.

• Delivery timeframe: 2–7 business days.
• Delivery cost: Free for all orders within Bulgaria.
• Inspection and try-on: Every parcel is sent with the option to inspect and try on the items before accepting delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email with tracking information, where available.

Returns and exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your choice. If the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving it, subject to the applicable legal conditions.

Return conditions

Please ensure that the product:

• Has not been used and is in good saleable condition.
• Retains its original labels and packaging, where applicable.
• Has not been damaged through use.

How to request a return or exchange

Email info@lenka.bg, stating your order number and whether you would like a return or an exchange.

We will contact you with information about the next steps and how to send the product back.

Refunds

For an approved return, the refund will be issued using the applicable method and within the timeframe prescribed by law. You will receive an email confirmation when we process the return.
